This is an example of a student who has also completed a short title sequence. They have posted it onto youtube and it has received 1300 views. By posting their video on youtube they have attracted a wider range of audiences, thousands of people use youtube everyday.
Although its a low budget student video, i believe My short movie opening could be promoted in a similar way and distributed by various amounts of media institutions. It could be released at a film festival, on specific BBC websites, facebook, youtube, and small film websites. To attract my target audience i would post bulletins on m facebook advertising my film with a link to youtube. I would also post my video to BBC's teenage website 'slink' which will appeal to my target audience. To ensure i have advertised y movie to its full potential, i would e-mail my friends and family the movie and have an option to leave constructive feedback .
